Africa Day 2021 was the highly regarded day by cooperates, local brand fanatics and Africa as it’s slowly becoming preserved in different forms. Tangerine Co. Africa is a company based in Lesotho and South Africa committed to crafting precedent-setting deals and building new brands. It hosted Africa’s top 100 brands with Brand Africa which inspire a great Africa through promoting a positive image of Africa, celebrating its diversity and driving its competitiveness.

Lesotho was no exceptional making its first appearance, remarkable brands like Basutoland ink and Bonono merchandise made it to top list rubbing shoulders with established cooperates. This vividly showed that local brands are the next competitors or rather collaborators with prime brands if they want to connect with local market.

Bonono Merchants ‘excellent craftsmanship’ came first as a most admired clothing brand in Lesotho, this came as no surprise as they dedicated this Africa day with an Afrocentric Africa poster denoting   Bonono and Kopano designed by Nkoanyane Pitso who is a prep nerd in graphics. Just a day later, Bonono released winter collection – Seshoeshoe Crewneck sweaters in 3 colour ways as follows red/black, maroon/black and green/black, also feature zipper on side slides and contrasting neck and hands cuffs.
